It's advisable to purchase this domain name in your real name, so you own it. Especially if you may have issues you forsee in the future. Then it will belong to you and only you. If another name is on it, and you go a different route, you will have no legal hold on that domain name, even if you own the company, at least not without an expensive legal fight. Alway purchase it in your legal name, if you can. Sometimes your server will charge a fee to point that domain name to that server, if they are not affliated with that domain company. Either way, it can be pointed to a server you already have, or to our servers. A few inquiries will find out if there is a charge to transferr it. All domain names are purchased on a yearly basis, so you must renew each year. Cost can be from 5.00 - to 15.00 dollars depending on where and if you are hosting on a peticular server. Some servers require you to purchase the domain name from them, to get a discount rate on the domain name, and it can be difficult to transferr. We do not ever do that. If you decide to go to another server, we will help you move. Our fee is 14.95 per year for .com , .net and .org. If you need another let us know and we will find out the cost.
