There are so many different cheesecakes out there, but you'll find you like this one.
- 1 graham crust
- 2 pkgs cream cheese softened
- 1 can condensed sweetened milk
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 c mini milk choc chips
- 1 tsp flour
Preheat oven to 350
With mixer beat cheese till fluffy and add condensed milk until smooth
Add vanilla and beaten egg pour into pie crust
Bake for 35 mins
Cool and top with glaze.
Chocolate Chip Glaze
- 1/2 c mini milk choc chips
- 1/4 c whipping cream
Melt chips with 1/4 c whipping cream cook over low heat until thickened spread immediately on cheesecake.
